Erasmus+ project management platform
Connectera brings your grant agreements, participants, documents and signatures together in a single file, and gives a space to everyone who makes the project happen: Erasmus+ coordinators, teachers, host organisations and participants.
What Connectera changes for you
You open the grant agreement from the award notification, track grant spending in real time, generate the participant agreements and have them signed online. When the final report comes, headcounts, durations and costs are already structured.
See the dashboardYou frame the project with your colleague at the partner school, choose activities and write the programme day by day, in your own language. Once approved, it reaches your Erasmus+ coordinator ready to become a mobility, with nothing to retype.
See an educational projectYou receive the documents to sign through a simple link, without creating an account, in the language of your country. You sign on any device, confirm that the activity took place, and have access to nothing else.

Meet Lily, an apprentice baker spending four weeks in Seville. Here is the path of her mobility in Connectera, from registration to the final report.
Lily is registered only once: identity, host organisation, dates. Her record feeds the rest of the file.
Participant recordThe learning agreement and the grant agreement are generated pre-filled from her record. Lily and her mentor sign them online, from their phones.
Signed onlineEach supporting document joins her file. The whole team sees at a glance what has been received and what is still missing.
4 of 5 documentsHer duration, her costs and her feedback survey feed the project indicators, ready for the final report.
Indicators up to dateYour working methods are kept, not replaced. Connectera applies them the same way to every mobility, whichever team member is handling the file.
Guided tour
Five screens to see how a project moves forward in Connectera. The screenshots come from a demo environment: organisations and people are fictitious.
Four key figures first: departures within thirty days, incomplete files, mobilities for participants with fewer opportunities, signatures remaining. On the same page, the files to handle first with their deadlines, and the corrections suggested by participants from their own space.
Below, each active grant agreement with its budget consumption and a marker for today's date, and the Erasmus+ plan objectives with their progress.
The awarded grant is split into spent, committed, planned and not yet planned. The vertical line shows how far along the agreement period you are.
When part of the grant is not yet planned, Connectera suggests mobilities costed with the unit costs of the agreement.
For each participant: grant agreement, learning agreement, proof of completion, participant report, authorisation. Signed, received, missing or not required, the File column counts what is still to come.
One click on a document generates it, sends it for signature or changes its status. External signatories sign from the link they receive by email.
The five phases at the top of the page: scoping, activities, programme, approval by the schools, decision by the coordinator. On the right, the schools and teachers involved, and the decisions flagged in the discussion.
The module is free, for your institution as well as for the partner school, which uses it in its own language and only sees this project.
Each day holds its activities: time slot, title, school in charge, key competences covered. Comments stay attached to the activity until they are resolved, and each school gives its approval on the right.
Once both schools have approved it, the coordinator creates the group mobility from this programme, with nothing to retype.
Getting started
Thirty minutes by video call, starting from one of your grant agreements or a project you are preparing. You leave with a clear answer: what Connectera covers, and what it does not.
Your space is opened and your existing lists of participants, partners and grant agreements are imported, with no need to retype everything. Unit costs and programme rules are already in place.
A single point of contact who knows Erasmus+ from the inside. Your suggestions shape how the tool evolves.
You can start with a single grant agreement or a single partnership, and add the others later. Your data remains yours, hosted in the EU (France) and exportable at any time.
For the 2026-2027 year, a limited number of organisations benefit from close support during set-up: configuration of the space, import of ongoing grant agreements, onboarding of the teams, with close follow-up for each one.
The modules
Each type of Erasmus+ project has its own rules, and each module applies them. The brochure details what each one covers.
KA121 and KA122 grant agreements, participants, grants, agreements, impact.
KA210, KA220, work packages, deliverables, linked mobilities.
Teacher training, Learning EU initiatives, networks.
Mobility design between teachers, carried over into KA1.
EACEA centralised actions, type II lump sum grants.
Frequently asked questions
Your methods have proven themselves, and Connectera builds on them. The difference: everything sits in a single space, with the programme rules already built in. Information entered once is used for the agreements, the signatures, the indicators and the report. The tool becomes truly useful as mobilities and the people involved multiply.
Yes. Your lists of participants and partners are imported when your space is opened. You can start with one grant agreement or one partnership, then add the others at your own pace.
No. Connectera supports the projects of an accredited organisation year after year just as well as a one-off short-term project (KA122, KA210). The rules applied are those of the grant agreement you enter.
No, and that is not the aim. The Beneficiary Module remains the official reporting tool for the National Agency. Connectera is your everyday working tool: it prepares the data in the expected format and exports it, so you do not have to retype it.
A host organisation receives its documents through a signature link, without an account. A participant, or their legal guardian for a minor, has a light personal space to view their mobility, sign and confirm that they have sent their supporting documents. Nobody has to open an account with the signature provider.
Yes. Learning agreements, grant agreements and proofs of completion are signed through a provider compliant with the European eIDAS regulation, with an audit trail. Grant agreements with the National Agency are still signed according to the agency's own procedures.
The interface is available in the languages of the Erasmus+ programme countries. A host organisation or a partner teacher sees their space in the language of their country, and the financial rules adapt to the country of the grant agreement.
In the EU, in France, with a French hosting provider. Each institution is kept separate: its directory, participants and documents are visible only to the institution and the people it invites, each within their own scope. A data processing agreement under the GDPR is provided when your space is opened.
Connectera works on an annual subscription, with tiers based on the amount of the grant agreements managed, complemented where needed by services quoted separately: configuration, data import, training. The Educational projects module is free for everyone, your institution as well as invited partner schools: only the project management modules are paid. Book a demo to receive a proposal suited to your situation.
There is no institutional link. Connectera points to eTwinning and the European School Education Platform to find partners and resources. The Educational projects module starts where these platforms stop, when a concrete project needs to be framed, scheduled, approved and turned into a mobility.
Data and compliance
Data is hosted by a French provider, encrypted and backed up, with no transfer outside the European Union on our initiative. The hosting provider is named in the legal notice.
Each client has its own directory of organisations and its own participants. An invited host organisation only sees the mobilities that concern it.
They never pass through Connectera. The institution simply confirms that it has received them, and that is the only information kept.
The co-written programme contains no pupil names, and the tool reminds users of this on screen. Only teachers are identified.
An agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR describes the processing, retention periods, security measures and sub-processors. It is provided when your space is opened.
When the relationship ends, you can freely export your data for sixty days, after which it is deleted, with a certificate on request. Your Erasmus+ archiving obligations remain your own.
Details in the legal notice.
Who is behind Connectera
Adam Aharram led the Erasmus+ office of a higher education institution for several years: mobility projects, partnerships and Jean Monnet actions, more than one million euros in annual budgets, and schools, colleges and local authorities supported all the way to accreditation. Connectera is the tool he wished he had in that role.
The tool is designed with the Erasmus+ coordinators and teachers who use it. Every feature answers a situation met in the field, not an abstract idea of what a management platform should be.
Let's book thirty minutes by video call, on a project close to yours. You will see the tool on your own cases, and leave with a clear answer.
