Personal data collected by this website
This website is a presentation page. It has no form, sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. No data is collected when you simply browse it.
The language you choose on the site (French or English) is remembered in your browser only, so that you are not asked again. It is never sent to us.
If you write to the address above, your message and contact details are used to reply to you and to follow up on our exchanges, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the requests sent to us. These messages are kept for three years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@connectera.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Booking a demo or an introductory call
The booking button opens a calendar hosted by Microsoft Bookings. The information you enter there is collected by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited on behalf of Connectera: your name and email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the time slot you choose and your answers to the form questions (name and type of your institution or organisation, your role and your Erasmus+ project, the number of participants in mobility, how you currently track your projects, your priorities, your timeline and the topic you wish to discuss).
This information is used to organise the appointment, to prepare it according to your situation and to follow up our business relationship. It is entered in our customer relationship management tool, HubSpot, published by HubSpot Ireland Limited. This processing is based on your consent, given when you book, which you can withdraw at any time. This information is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
It is kept for twelve months after the appointment, or for three years from the last contact if a business discussion continues.
Your rights can be exercised by writing to contact@connectera.eu, under the same conditions as above.
Data processed in the Connectera application
When an institution uses Connectera to manage its projects, it remains the data controller for its participants' data. Connectera acts as a processor, under the terms of the data processing agreement concluded with that institution, which sets out the processing carried out, retention periods, security measures and sub-processors.
In the Educational projects module, teachers from invited partner schools have an account limited to the projects they are invited to; their name, email address, school and language are processed for the collaboration and kept as long as the account exists. No pupil data is processed in this module.
The people concerned by this processing exercise their rights with the institution that registered them in the project.
Intellectual property
The Connectera name, logo, visual identity, texts and the software presented on this website are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.
The Erasmus+ programme and official platforms
Connectera is an independent platform. This service is not published by the European Commission or by any Erasmus+ National Agency of the programme countries, and is not affiliated with eTwinning, the European School Education Platform (ESEP) or the Beneficiary Module, to which it refers for official resources and procedures. The programme rules prevail. The tool helps apply them; it does not replace them.
